Private Sessions

Designed to meet your specific needs, a private yoga session will deepen your existing yoga practice or introduce you to yoga. Whether your focus is to learn more about postural alignment, linking breath and movement, meditation techniques, or an exploration into the spiritual aspects of yoga and philosophy, a one-to-one session is designed just for you.

Private Yoga Sessions are 75 minutes.

Available for one-to-one sessions in person or virtually.
