Take a deep dive into yoga philosophy with movement, breathwork, discussion, and connection in this donation based class. Classes are centered around a soulful theme. It is a safe and nurturing place to grow your practice, explore the spiritual elements of yoga, and learn how to take that knowledge out into daily life. Yoga is more than the pose, it’s a gateway to uncovering your true self, of connecting to cosmic vibration. It’s a place of exploration and growth.
Rest and Restore
First Wednesdays 4:00 pm(MST) Zoom
You are enough. We can often feel out of step with the pace and rhythm of the world. Trying to keep up can leave us feeling drained and disconnected from ourselves and others. In this donation based class, we invite in stillness, rest, and restoration. Through gentle movement, breathwork and guided meditation we will nourish and nurture the body, mind, and spirit.
